Data Deletion Process

If you choose to delete your data from ARAS, please be aware of the following:

• Data deletion is permanent: All your data, including paid profiling reports, responses, reflections, and any content inputted using tools or the enquiry feature, will be deleted and cannot be retrieved.
• This action cannot be reversed: Once you request data deletion, the process is final.
• To request data deletion: Click on the chat icon at the bottom right of the screen and request for a data deletion. We will email you to confirm your request, and you must respond to this email. Data deletion will be completely erased within 3 working days. You have the option to cancel this process during this time.
